I'm all for automation, but for goodness sakes use it if you spend all the time and money to set it up. The Mazda dealer has this nice online service schedule, where you can look through their openings and pick one that you like and schedule the time. After that it wants to know what kind of maintenance you are wanting to do and then it gives you the price. Birds eye this is a great thing, right? Upon arivail he asks what can I do for you. I respond I have an appointment for said time. Ok next question is my name. So in my head I'm thinking that he has multiple appts for said time and he is then going to look through them and boom done. No Next thing that is done is a tablet is pulled out and he rights down my name, and follows with and what can we do for you and it starts over.
