Goobertown, AR

I can't speak for Glen, but I haven't had much riding time other than the daily commute to work and back. I did however take advantage of the past weekend, starting off with the brisk upper 40's morning and turning into a beautiful day at about 77. The ride was planned by one of the Central Arkansas HOG Chapter members for his birthday. He wanted a picture in front of the Goobertown sign, just North of Jonesboro. Meeting up at the Rock City Harley Dealer, we headed out. Jumping on Interstate 30 to 440 and off to HWY 70. HWY 70 is a straight shot to rice fields and farmland. Other than the bumpy old roadway, you are just cruising, following the crowd, and trying to find something interesting to look at. Our first stop was a De Valls Bluff, at Break Time gas station. Quick fill up for the smaller bikes, restroom break, and a leg stretch. My GPS game Ingress had a few portals nearby and my travel companion Zak's (son) game Pokemon also had some items.
